      This is our third time working with Vickie Williams. We chose to continue with her once again because of her professiona lism, her knowledge of real estate issues, staging a home for quick sale, being update on whats going on in the real estate industry and the local community. On the sale of our third home, it was a very long and tedious process because of the bank's lack of professionalism and communication within the departments. But Vickie was extremely instrumental in mediating and keeping the process going. She did not let any phase of the process linger even when the bank kept changing the process and asking for signed documents that had already been submitted over and over again. She kept us update to date on the progress by email or phone on a daily or weekly basis.Her diligence and patience with the process is to be applauded.
