Tyler Lyons did a fantastic job through the whole buying experience. He knew what our price range was, what was importan t to us and he kept us informed as new listings came on the market. When we found the house we wound up buying, it was listed in the morning and by that evening we put in our offer. Tyler made sure we made a strong, but reasonable offer and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure our offer would be taken seriously. With the market the way it is right now, sellers can pick and choose from a lot of offers. Our offer was accepted the next morning. Tyler was on top of everything and kept me informed the whole time. When I had a question, he was very responsive; I never had to wait very long to hear from him with an answer. I could not have asked for a better real estate agent working on our behalf. I will be recommending him to anyone in need of a real estate agent. Tyler has the perfect blend of being laid back and on top of everything that needed to be done prior to closing.

Tyler went above and beyond helping us through the process of buying our first home. The attention to detail and knowled ge he brought to the table was a huge help in working with home owners and builders. I imagined buying a home as an extremely complicated and somewhat unobtainable feat but Tyler made it all very easy. Tyler was very attentive to all of my needs and desires. Being a first time home buyer, I was very nervous, but Tyler wa s able to make the whole process go a lot smoother than I expected. Tyler was not aggressive when it came to making a sale, was on time for each showing, was always available when I wanted to view a different listing or had questions, and was even able to point out some issues he saw with some of the units that I did not see myself. I was always full of questions that Tyler was able to answer quite easily, making the overall experience of buying a house that much more comfortable knowing I had a knowledgeable agent representing myself.
