About Tina

I am a full-time licensed sales agent working for The Choporis Crispell Team in Southern Maryland. Having moved to Lexington Park as part of my dad’s Navy transfer in 1976, I have lived here most of my life. With all the history, waterfront adventures, parks and cultural diversity it makes Southern Maryland a great place to live and that why I chose to stay. Being centrally located to my family in Pennsylvania and close to Washington, D.C. and Virginia makes weekend road trips a breeze.

I started working for Carol Choporis almost 30 years ago and am the office support for the team. I handle all of the day-to-day activities to keep the team moving forward and achieving their goals. I prepare all listing documents, contracts and advertising materials. In addition to the paperwork, I schedule inspections, and settlements and am dedicated to making sure we have the smoothest settlements possible.

After being a single mother for 18 years, I met and married Karl Henderson, an Air Force Veteran who currently works for a local contractor at Pax River. Knowing how important our military is to our community, I am committed to helping the service members, civilians and their families to find their dream home. The best part of my day is when I get to spend time with my grandchildren, Owen and Cami.
