Taryn Dunnaville did an amazing job selling our property. She kept us abreast of everything that was happening with the sale. The house was priced competitively for the area. When one contract fell through, Taryn lost no time contacting me and putting the house back on the market. We had another contract within the week.
Settlement was a breeze. First time ever. The title company's agent came to our home. Settlement was complete in 20 minutes. Thank you Taryn for suggesting this.

Taryn suggested making upgrades to my property as opposed to selling it "as is". That was a great suggestion! I was gl ad I listened. Once upgrades were finished and the property listed, a contract was submitted within 24 hours. Her recommendations made the property's sale price comparable with other completed sales in the area.

One thing I love about Taryn is that she was available. She was available to call, text , email even Skype. Lol.
Taryn communication skills are through the roof. Every step we took she made sure I was aware of everything taking place. She made sure that I understood all the information that was given to me. Being a first time homebuyer you receive tons of information and paper work , but to have someone guide you through was amazing . Any question I had Taryn was there with answers and she made sure she broke it down to the lowest denominator to ensure my clarity.
