My Awards
My Designations

We had not sold a house in over 30 years. Steven and group kept us grounded on what to expect and not expect. We were selling for close to $1million and needed guidance in both the listing and final sales and they provided that. Thanks to Stephen, Stephanie and Rob

This was a bit unusual transaction. Stephen represented the seller/receiver and I did not have a realtor on my side. Ste phen was extremely smoth and fun to work with. He always listened to my conerns and tried to adress them in a professional way and I beleive he was instrumental in making this unusual transacion smooth for all parties. The moment he got involved the communication and execution was raised to another level! Would not hesitate to work with him again!

Stephen put together a perfect game plan for selling an estate property professionally and promptly. It was clear to m e that Stephen had done his research on comparable homes in the area and valuation (as did I). Stephen wasn't afraid to roll up his sleeves with me and help with the hard work of readying the home for sale. Within a few weeks, we had the home looking as marketable as possible, and we ultimately obtained an excellent sales contract within 72 hours of our listing it. I will strongly recommend Stephen to friends and colleagues.
