NeAnna is an award-winning third-generation Real Estate professional licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Working in the affordable, vulnerable housing space, she advises as an industry expert on affordable and accessible design and build/development in the U.S. and abroad.
She developed her appreciation for service, as well as rich textures and aesthetics, spending much of her free time as a child in her father’s print shop. NeAnna is the child of two respected and celebrated sales professionals.
She later built a strong background in advocacy and negotiation, after a ten-year tenure with the NAACP, National Headquarters as manager of estates and high-end donors in the office of Development. NeAnna is extremely active with the endeavors of Maryland Realtors, serving on their DEI Committee and as a data practices advisor.

NeAnna prides herself on co-creating the Baltimore Sustainability plan during the Freddie Gray uprising in Baltimore City alongside a group of diverse housing and community qctivists.
She additionally serves as a U.S. Department of State, International Development Stakeholder/Global Partner. She is a proud member of Order of the Eastern Star and she is a past mentee and now mentor for the Bush Institute & Obama’s Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative.
NeAnna is fluent in Spanish and conversationally fluent in Somali and Yiddish. She is a certified Behavioral Data Scientist with a distinction in Predictive Analytics in Housing and enjoys movie nights with her family, reading, conducting research, volunteering, sharpening her Wing Chun Kung Fu practice, candle making and taking fun pictures with her hairless Chinese Crested.
