Millie Riddle was everything for us. Not only the purchase but also the sale of the home was conducted by Millie. We w ere 1,200 miles away both times. She got us the best purchase price and she got us even more than we thought we could get as a sales price.
The paper work was handled meticulously. She did an excellent job on all aspects. Her knowledge of her job was so very impressive. We are beyond happy with her performance on both sides of the sale.

Millie is the champion of the day. She took a possibly traumatic event and made it seem easy. I read all the paperwork, it was overwhelming. Millie explained everything thru each page so that my decisions were I. My best interest. I appreciated the speed with which Millie took care of the sale of my house.
Millie kept me informed every step of the way. She answered every phone call on the first ring. Negotiating between all parties regarding the sale of the house.
The sale of my home went smoothly. We even upped the closing date and that went smoothly as well.

We meet Millie through an appointment we made on Zillow. She meet us at our first house we wanted to see. We liked her a nd felt that she would be a good fit.
Millie was always in touch and never left any question unanswered. She made the whole process very easy with as little stress as possible.
