Meredith Schmahl was very attentive to details. She stayed on top of all the identified tasks for myself and the contrac tor doing the renovations. She was meticulous in staying on top of things. As for my ROI (return on investment), when i initially met with Meredith she asked what i wanted to sell the house for. After i gave my figure, she did some research and told me to raise my price.
