Maurice is a native of Maryland, specifically a resident of Charles County. Prior to becoming a REALTOR, he worked for Residential Lending Services as a mortgage broker and as well as executive director for business development for one of the fastest-growing small business companies in the Washington Metro area. In July 2009, he received as part of the Aercrete Advantage, LLC team the Emerging Small Business of the Year Award, signed by Congressman Steny H. Hoyer.
Maurice, now retired since 2007, has over 32 years of Federal service. His 26 years with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and six years with the Central Intelligence Agency clearly speak proudly about the information technology innovations that he was a part of while at USDA, such as the implementation of the first automated Federal Procurement Data System, first Purchase Card Management System in which he received the Vice President’s Gore’s Hammer Award, Integrated Acquisition System and the first fully implemented Civil Rights Enterprise System received the USDA’s Secretary’s honor award.
Between all of his federal time, Maurice is an accomplished vocalist, who still on rare occasions uses his vocal abilities both worldly and spiritually.
Maurice is now a full-time agent at CENTURY 21 New Millennium. He is married to his lovely wife of 20 years who also is a member of the CENTURY 21 New Millennium family. He enjoys spending time with his wife (best friend), children and grandchildren, family and of course his wonderful friends.
Maurice feels his government time while at USDA’s Office of Procurement and the Office of Civil Rights has provided him with the integrity he needs for his future customer base in the real estate market. He knows honesty and integrity are first when delivering real estate services to a new or future homeowner. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions!
