Martha was the consummate professional in my interactions with her. I was selling a condo in Laurel that I had lived fo r many years, but had rented out for three years. We had just happened to meet each other when I was moving out of state, she mentioned she was an agent, and I told her I'd call her when I was ready to sell. She remembered that one short meeting with me when I called recently, so we arranged to meet when I came to Maryland for another reason. She had all the papers ready for me to sign after we toured the condo. She answered all my questions, told me what she would do, and how she would proceed. And she delivered! My condo sold in less than a week. She continued to stay in touch, guiding me on what my responsibilities were (get condo resale package, etc.).
