A native of Annandale and proud Virginia Tech alum (Go Hokies!), Maria knows the area inside and out. She and her husband, Chuck, have lived in Fairfax for over 20 years, raising their family of ten children and staying actively involved in the local community.

Maria’s clients – sellers and buyers – appreciate her candid advice, tireless advocacy, and heartfelt dedication. Helping families find just the right home to fit their needs and stage of life is one of her greatest strengths and greatest joys.

Before entering real estate, Maria founded and led a private educational therapy practice for over a decade, helping learning-challenged students thrive. Her drive to serve and support others has always been at the heart of her work.

When she’s not helping clients, Maria enjoys gardening, spending time with her family, and volunteering—especially with Special Olympics, military family outreach, and her church.
