Marcus was an incredible advocate for us in the full circle process with our new build home in Lovettsville, VA. He help ed us navigate all of the initial deadlines with the builder and made sure we understood our options fully before we had to rush to commit to anything. He advocated for us on the front end of the sale to make sure we didn't have to come out-of-pocket more than was truly needed to secure our home. He was available day and night for any questions or concerns we had; as first time buyers, we had a lot! With the new build, we felt rushed by the builder to quickly choose everything - Marcus got us a detailed list and helped us evaluate all options in terms of what would make us happy in our forever home, and what would be a wise choice for potential future resale. We could not have made these decisions without his market expertise. Marcus went above and beyond in communication to make sure we were comfortable. He had a knack for interpreting my concerns through text message and would often pick up the phone to call and reassure me or help me understand something I was concerned about. It honestly felt less like any experience we've had with other realtors, and more like we had a close friend looking out for us and helping us to have a great first-time home buyer experience. Marcus went over and above during our buying process. I honestly don't know how he has time for his other clients becaus e I literally have talked to him every day for the last 60 days. We wanted to get into a home as soon as possible, and Marcus made himself available to help expedite the process. He definitely is knowledgeable about what to look for in homes, such as roofs, HVAC, windows etc., which made me feel extremely comfortable since my handy fiance wasn't able to see the houses. I would recommend Marcus to any home buyer in the area!

I would recommend Marcus Rondeau as he is a true professional with knowledgeable experience in the area. He makes himsel f available for any questions or concerns you may have during the process. He also ensures that the process is easy and seamless. We were purchasing a property while living in another state and the barriers that come with that were not ever felt. Marcus was exactly the ally we needed to get us into a new home in record time. He was fantastic in every way. He unde rstood our tight timeline and acted accordingly with urgency and efficiency to find us the home we were looking for at the price we could pay and in the neighborhood we wanted to be in. He communicated all aspects of the purchasing process clearly and every time we had a question, he made himself immediately available to answer them. I would highly recommend using Marcus As your realtor. We have a family of five and we were trying to facilitate a move out of state. Marcus made sure we were prepared to sell our home during the summer so that our children did not have to be impacted as they were finishing out the school year. Marcus made sure we understood the whole process and we felt very supported and at ease. It is a very stressful time when selling your home and coordinating moves.
