I was referred to Maggie Britvec by my next door neighbor. Her experience living in our local community (Huntington), w as paramount when finding a place. She was able to use her experience to identify concerns and flaws (I looked at properties that were built in the 1940's), and was even able to identify properties before they were available on online. With the property market being as 'hot' as it is right now, I can safely say that I was only able to find and close on this place because of Maggie. As a first time home buyer, I had many concerns, and she was able to address them. Even though I was pre-qualified at one credit union, she politely encouraged me to use a different union, where I was able to secure an even better mortgage. Even now after I have closed on the house, she is still helping me by referring me to contractors she would recommend. In my opinion there is no real estate agent with more experience than Maggie Britvec (at least in our neighborhood of Huntington & Jefferson Manor just outside Alexandria). I enjoyed her company thoroughly, and would recommend her services unconditionally. Great woman, great agent. I had a couple of other agents looking at properties on my behalf, but when I met Maggie I knew I wanted her to be my agent, and that I could trust her to find me the right house at the right price. We had an instant rapport, and over the course of this process we also became good friends.
