As a real estate professional with more than 13 years experience and a native of Maryland, I have the knowledge of local markets and conditions. I currently live in Anne Arundel County and previously lived in Prince George’s and Howard Counties. I specialize in working with buyers, sellers and renters throughout Anne Arundel, Prince George’s, Howard, Queen Anne’s, Calvert, Frederick and Montgomery counties

Lisa Houck went above and beyond to ensure our sale went as smooth as possible. Her dedication and strive to provide as simple and efficient as possible, despite language barriers and unresponsive agents associated with the buyers, left us knowing we had someone on our side willing to go above and beyond to see the sale through to the end. Being out of state sellers and my wife and I having hectic schedules (military officer and architect) Lisa always seemed to be available to answer our questions and keep us up to date with what was going on. Lisa is wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the industry and the area. My husband and I are not as f amiliar with the area and 1st time home buyers so we needed someone who would be able to walk us through everything- which she did! We felt 100% confident with her throughout the whole process. She is positive and friendly and very flexible! We looked at a lot of houses and changed areas of interest on her a few times and she was always very accommodating.
