A fourth-generation Virginian, Linda has been a Real Estate Professional for 20 years. She is a full-time Realtor with Century 21 New Millennium and offers her clients the highest quality representation and professionalism.
She has established a strong network system with numerous Brokers across the Country. Extensive market knowledge backed by her years of experience coupled with her determination to exceed her client’s expectations has made her one of the top producing Agents in Residential, Land, Farm, Equestrian and Resort Properties. Linda believes in going beyond the ordinary and focuses on the individual needs of her clients by offering a high degree of accessibility and responsiveness, keeping them informed during every step of the transaction.
When working with Sellers, she provides a personalized approach to match their desires and attends all Property showings. She has in-depth knowledge and experience working with Conservation Easements, Governing Jurisdictions, and Title Companies, to eliminate potential transaction conflicts. Linda earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from George Mason University and has taught Mathematics in the Fairfax Virginia County School System. On a personal note, Linda holds a PSIA-Professional Ski Instructor License. She has taught Skiing in Vail/Beaver Creek Colorado while living part-time in Beaver Creek. Linda is licensed in Virginia, Florida, and Colorado.
