Linda Scaglia gives her clients a broker who is tough in negotiations but attentive to their real estate requirements. For Linda, her Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty resources and many years of real estate experience in Colorado and Virginia not only allows her to provide her clients with great results, it makes her a joy to work with.
Born and raised in the Washington, DC area, Linda taught math for 17 years while she used her Virginia real estate license to buy and sell land for a local developer. Later, she began dividing her time between the ski town in Beaver Creek, Colorado and Virginia, and found she was being pulled ever westward. Eventually, her love of Colorado and its many outdoor activities won the tug-o-war, and she moved to Colorado permanently. She obtained her license to sell real estate in Colorado and quickly built her reputation in the Boulder and Jefferson counties as an experienced professional with a positive and active presence in the community.
Recently, Linda has chosen to include the Niwot and Somerset communities in the areas she services as she continues to provide her services to clients looking at rural and ranching properties along the Front Range. Linda’s former background in residential development sales, her experiences working with ranch and equestrian properties and her own personal experiences living in Beaver Creek allows her to bring a variety of skills, experiences and first-hand knowledge to the table that many brokers don’t have.
“I give families moving into the area an upbeat broker who knows how to move fast,” she says. “As the market heats up again, it will be even more critical to choose a broker who can go to battle for the client. With my negotiation skills and knowledge of the market, I give my clients the best chance to win the home they have their eye on.”
In addition to her area knowledge, Linda has an in-depth working knowledge of current Colorado real estate law and continues to keep current through ongoing training and coursework at the local and national level. She strives to provide her clients with real estate knowledge and experience in local, national and worldwide marketing strategies, trends and innovative ideas on how best to gain results for her clients.
Linda’s love of many active outdoor activities like hiking, biking and running, also includes her having been a Vail and Beaver Creek ski instructor. Another surprising fact about Linda is that she keeps her ties to her former state of Virginia through her part ownership of a Harley-Davidson dealership based there.
Both energetic and fun to work with, Linda works out of the Boulder office and specializes in assisting clients with large ranches as well as suburban community properties in Jefferson, Broomfield and Boulder counties. Her charm and ability to masterfully complete transactions for her clients makes working with Linda an energizing and rewarding experience.
