Hi, I’m Koriann—a REALTOR®, a mom of two teenagers, and someone who understands just how much home matters.

I’ve moved more times in my life than I can count, and every move taught me the same lesson: a home isn’t just four walls—it’s safety, comfort, and the place where life actually happens. That experience is the foundation of why I do what I do today. Helping others find a place where they can truly feel at home isn’t just my job—it’s personal.

I’ve lived in Southern Maryland for over 20 years, and this community is deeply woven into my life. I love being outdoors—hiking local trails, staying active, and finding balance through fitness. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me traveling, at a concert, or soaking up time with my kids and friends. I believe life is meant to be lived fully, and that mindset carries into how I serve my clients.

Before real estate, my first career was in dentistry and orthodontics, where attention to detail, compassion, and going above and beyond weren’t optional—they were the standard. That care-driven approach is second nature to me, and I bring it into every real estate transaction. I don’t cut corners, and I don’t disappear once papers are signed.

I’m also a single mom and a cancer survivor. Those experiences reshaped my perspective, strengthened my resilience, and reinforced what truly matters—stability, advocacy, and showing up for people when it counts. I understand change, uncertainty, and rebuilding, and I approach every client relationship with empathy, honesty, and determination.
