About Kelly
I have lived in and around Northern Virginia all of my life. I currently live in Northern Culpeper County which allows me to help my clients anywhere from the beltway to the mountains, to the country or city areas. That life-long residency experience offers a knowledge of traffic patterns, commuting needs, and ultimately enables me to help families that are relocating find their ideal situation for living, working, and enjoying life.
I specialize in working with first time buyers, families with children, helping military families relocate and people who are downsizing.

I have known Kelly for many years and I felt she was the best choice as an agent when it came time to list my condo. I had recommended Kelly to another friend previously and she had done an outstanding job of helping my friend when she needed to find a rental property. I trust Kelly implicitly and her knowledge of the the business is great. She did a fantastic job of helping me through a difficult process and the result was exactly what I expected and needed. I had to sell my condo because of health reasons and Kelly was always aware of my needs and she went above and beyond the call of duty throughout the process of selling my home. To me my home was not just a property, but very personal and special to me and Kelly acknowledged this and was kind and considerate throughout the process, while still being extremely professional.
She did an A-1 job.
Kelly kept me informed constantly about any necessary information when there were changes or difficulties during the process of selling my condo. When I had questions, she answered my questions immediately and explained things so I could understand them. She was always available when I needed her.
Kelly had my best interests in mind and she did a super job of selling my unit.
Kelly took care of all my needs when selling my home and I feel she was able to bring me the result I needed.
If Kelly is an example of other agents you employ, then I would definitely recommend Century 21 to any of my friends or relatives if they needed such services.
I would highly recommend Kelly Davenport to anyone who needs to sell property or list it. She is professional, but at the same time treats each client according to their needs and is a caring and compassionate agent.

I used Kelly a couple of years earlier through a reference of one of my son's work friends to rent a place and she helpe d us to that. When my son and I decided to buy our houses we chose to use Kelly because she was very easy to work with and very knowledgable
I had no problems with Kelly at all. She is very easy to work with and goes out of her way to getting her clients what they are looking for.
Kelly knew the information when we had questions and if she didn't know the answer right then she found out for us within a couple of days.
