      Julie was patient, kind and knowledgeable throughout the selling process. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Some agents seem pushy but I had a total positive experience working with Julie. I was considering renting the condo before I decided to sell. I was going to use Julie as my property manager but when I decided to sell I was comfortable choosing her as my realtor. She did not push me to rent or sell and wanted that to be my personal decision. I appreciate that Julie had an open house for us and printed very professional campaigns and advertisements. She had a professional photographer come out and I feel that the advertisements and open house really helped sell my condo in this market. I am thrilled with the outcome of the sale of the condo. Everything went smoothly and Julie was in complete communication throughout the process. Overall the condo sold quickly and I got the asking price for the condo. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

      Julie was excellent!! We were living across the country and ran into a number of repairs that needed to be resolved befo re closing. Without her expertise and contacts with local companies we would never have completed the sale. Julie is always on top of the situation.
