Julie Corcoran, Salesperson
Julie Corcoran, aka Dena Julie, is a local gal through and through. Growing up in Northern AACo., she appreciates the strong ties that are made throughout a community where neighbors are friends and children play outside together until the streetlights come on. For the past 25 years, she and her husband, Scott, have lived in Pasadena planting deep roots throughout the community. Scott runs a local HVAC company and Julie works in Anne Arundel County Public Schools where she enjoys working with teachers, students, and parents.
Julie and Scott have two grown children who grew up through Pasadena schools and community sports and a 14-year old Chocolate Lab named Abbi. They enjoy spending their free time boating on Bodkin Creek and the Chesapeake Bay as well as camping with their fellow Pasadena camping friends. An empty-nester couple, you can often find the Corcorans around the Pasadena community enjoying the local establishments.
Julie joined The Matt Wyble Team in 2017 and together they have since sold over 30 Pasadena homes for more than $9M in sales. She continues to grow her business through her connections in the school and local community. Her passion is helping others and she will work hard at helping your find your next home.
