      Joe Vickers was excellent at setting a timeline for getting my home ready to put on the market and when to close to coin cide with our move. Joe's advertisement and photographs of my property helped to get it sold faster. He also made it very clear how the transaction would occur and helped to explain the counter offer and/or requests of the buyer. Joe communicated in a timely fashion and was very knowledgeable about the buying/selling process. He was also very patient and helpful when answering my questions. He also kept my wants/needs in mind when communicating with the buyers. Ultimately, Joe helped to make the sales transaction seamless. He even pushed back closing twice due to a delay in moving! I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

He took his time with me, he was courteous, polite, approachable. He was very professional and would help me with anything that I needed. He wasn't pushy and I felt very comfortable with him.       It was very important for us to be able to trust our broker. We were moving from Florida to Pennsylvania and could not see the property so we had to trust the pictures online and our brokers opinion of the new property. My husband did come to visit the property after we put our contract in, and was very happy with what Joe Vickers told us about it. Joe did all the follow up for our inspection and even did our water testing. We used an inspector originally, but he did not provide the water test for us as per our contract, so Joe did it! Joe went out of his way to provide us with the security and trust we needed to make this big move. We will definitely recommend him to anyone!

      I knew I had the right realtor when Joe met me at the property for the initial showing. He was dressed for success and we walked much of the property together, through briars and all. Joe was instrumental in the initial introduction I had with the two residents that own the neighboring property and because of that, I'm sure that relationship will be a positive one for years to come.
