I keep up with New Construction in the MD area and have been given the opportunity to list homes/developments for several builders including America’s largest builder.

With the growing number of Baby Boomers, Active Adult (55+) homes are very popular, I keep up with the New Construction in this area and I personally have several developments listed. As a Realtor, I make your needs my highest priority.
