I grew up in a small midwestern town, became an Air Force engineering officer, and earned a master’s degree in management and leadership along the way. I’m a free-spirited people person, but the military taught me to pay attention to detail, while engineering taught me to define problems and find solutions. My leadership roles and masters degree gave me insight into what motivates people and how they make decisions. Real estate allows me to help people while doing things that I’m more naturally good at and enjoy.
After a bad experience my wife and I had with our first agent, I have a passion to protect my clients and be at the top of my game. These two things meet most often in knowing when to push for more or when to take the deal. When I get the best results for my client – while being courteous and respectful of the other side – that’s mastery.
This industry measures performance by sales volume, but I believe client experience and results delivered are the true measure of an agent. Instead of chasing the next transaction, most of my time is spent chasing that small space between fairly good results and excellent results. As my clients moved up and I grew more sophisticated, I began working mostly with high-end properties. This allowed me to hire a staff, freeing me up to be truly there for my clients.
Confident. Very competent. Cares about results. Highly personalized service. Established and successful in a niche market of higher-end homes. Whatever it takes, Jason will get the job done.
