I work in all price ranges and at all customer experience levels. My goal is to provide clients with a positive and stress-free real estate experience. It really can be that way if you are properly represented. I have had the privilege of guiding many wonderful families through the complex process of buying or selling a home. When it comes to contracts, the devil is often in the details, so you need an agent who reads and understands the fine print—and one who will negotiate aggressively and confidently on your behalf.

Accomplishments and Interests

Gloria is a CENTURY 21® Masters Hall of Fame member. She has been a Centurion, Double Centurion, and Grand Centurion Producer and frequent President’s Award winner. She places the highest value on her consistent Pinnacle Quality Service Producer status because it speaks to exceptional customer care, which has always been the cornerstone of her extraordinary career.

She has been honored as Prince William Association’s REALTOR® of the Year and received their Hall of Fame Award. Additionally, she served as Director of her local REALTOR Association, served on Virginia state real estate committees and was a certified ethics instructor. Her sales volume earned for her the Lifetime Top Producer Awards for both the Northern Virginia Association and Prince William Association of REALTORS.

Gloria was the First female Kiwanian in the Washington Capitol District and has served as a board member for the local Kiwanis Club, active in many fundraising efforts for needy families and youth. She was a coordinator for the Kiwanis organization’s Key Club Scholarship program interviewing and awarding financial scholarships to deserving local high school students. Active in her church, Gloria gives freely of her time and support to a variety of community and international mission support programs. As the Chair of a multi-million dollar building program, she served as liaison to the church membership while working directly with engineers, builders, financial institutions, and legal counsel.

Gloria avidly supports her company’s corporate sponsorship of Children’s National Medical Center. She helped organize and implement an annual event to provide much-needed items for the comfort of children and their families who find it necessary to spend unplanned time at the hospital. In her community, she works with the annual Adopt-a-Family and Back-to-School programs for needy families.

Gloria’s commitment to her clients and her profession has been exemplary. She is loved by her clients, honored by her fellow associates, and respected by all who know her—personally and professionally. Much of her compassion comes from having made 18 moves with her family during 20+ years as a military family member. Ethics, compassion, and hard work stand together at the top of her list of priorities.

      Gloria Price is the premier real estate agent for the Lake Ridge area, and we learned through this experience that she a lso has a vast knowledge of surrounding areas throughout Northern Virginia. Hiring a competent real estate agent is not something to be taken lightly. Years ago, we interviewed multiple agents before deciding to work with Mrs. Price. We have not been disappointed with her and have always recommended her to others. Throughout our journey - from selling our home, to buying our new home - Mrs. Price was always available to answer any question and carefully guide us through the process. Her professional demeanor allowed her to easily work with a variety of personalities we encountered on the journey.       The most helpful aspect of using Gloria Price as the broker to sell my house was her direction in how to prepare the hou se for sale.       Gloria represented us when we bought our very first home, in 1983. We have since worked with Gloria in six other home s ale/purchase actions. I would not even consider another broker. I can't imagine there is anyone better than Gloria Price. Gloria was fully engaged with every step in the sale process. She provided great recommendations on preparing the property for sale, and we followed all her suggestions. She advised on the staging, and even helped with arranging the furniture and accessories for the photo session. Gloria goes far beyond what I would consider to be the minimum, adding special touches in every aspect of the process. I really can't say enough good things about Gloria. She's simply the best! Selling a home is very stressful, but we never doubted Gloria would sell our house in minimum time and at the right price. Gloria's assistance helped to minimize the stress.
