Gail Rowe cannot have done a more professional, outstanding and wonderful job helping my dad dad and I sell a 78 year old house. We interviewed Gail and the associate broker of another national chain realty company before picking Gail as our listing agent. When we interviewed Gail, we thought she was eager to help, understood our needs, and brought energy and experience to the sale of our home. Gail was always available and reached out to us frequently just to 'check in' so we were always in touch with her or knew she was just a text or call away. We relied on her counsel to accept a contingent offer rather than lowering our price, and her strategy worked out well. The contingent offer resulted in a full price offer that resulted in a sale. Gail got us absolutely top dollar for our property which was difficult because it was an older home in a neighborhood of similar houses but in various degrees of upkeep and remodeling.
