I began my real estate career in 2001 working in a real estate law firm as a Legal Assistant before joining the Army. In 2006, I began investing in real estate and purchased my first rental property. I proceeded to purchase residential properties for the next 10 years and now own multiple properties in several states. I have personally closed and refinanced over 12 times; shopped mortgages, homeowners insurance companies, home inspectors, contractors, etc. I don’t just work referrals; I have personally experienced this complex process many, many times and understand the related stress from being on both sides of the table.
As an active duty military member who has moved multiple times and deployed four times—packing up household goods time and time again—I understand the demands and timelines associated with military moves and the needs of military families. I pride myself on my attention to detail, my ability to really listen to the needs of my clients, and an unwavering standard of honesty and integrity.
My personal philosophy is to provide my expert guidance based on my clients’ unique needs and then negotiate on behalf of those needs to ensure they have best real estate experience possible. I believe buying and selling a home should be a fun and exciting event, yet I understand it can be stressful and emotional at the same time. My job is to utilize my knowledge and skills to address any issues and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible with unparalleled service.
