Eddie Edwards started in Real Estate in 1985 and quickly set out to be the No. 1 leasing agent in Northern Virginia. Eddie saw a segment of the business that was being underserved, and that was assisting people with rental housing. Soon after developing relationships with local apartment communities, Eddie was the first to list commercial apartments in the MLS. He averaged over 300 listings in the MLS and won the Tops in Leasing Award every year from 1989 to 1999 when they stopped giving the award.

Eddie has been featured in Business Week and has helped numerous celebrities and sports figures, as well as the highest-ranking military officers. Eddie has been featured on numerous radio talk shows and also teaches agents how to do rentals in the Metro D.C. area.
