As a member of the Price, Rich & Associates team, I strive to provide exceptional service and guidance to my clients throughout their real estate journey. With my background in marketing management and my love for real estate, I bring a unique perspective to the table. I have a deep appreciation for the beauty and character of homes and neighborhoods, and I enjoy sharing that enthusiasm with my clients. Whether riding my bike around Fredericksburg, exploring Spotsylvania Battlefields, or hiking and biking in the great outdoors, I have developed a genuine passion for the areas I serve.

My background in property management, running a small business as a Franchise Owner, and owning investment commercial property, gives me experience and expertise, to provide valuable guidance to clients looking to lease, buy, or sell commercial real estate. I enjoy helping clients make informed decisions and navigate the complexities of the Commercial Real Estate market.

I believe that no two real estate transactions are the same, and I approach each one with dedication and attention to detail. I have accumulated valuable knowledge and experience over the years, and I am constantly learning and growing in my field.       The sale took place start to finish during a very difficult season in life, and further complicated by the vast majority of things being handled remotely, as I reside in Texas. Every last detail I had concerns over, every last thing that I thought would be issues, Debbie had answers and solutions to offer.       We had no idea where we wanted to live and only a basic idea of what we wanted and we were not ready to purchase for a y ear. Could it get anymore difficult? Why yes, because we are not fans of cookie cutter homes. When Century 21 and Debbie tell you "that's okay, we love looking at homes. " they mean it.
