Since sitting for my real estate license, I assisted clients with closing over 50 homes to include rentals, listed properties and home purchases. I served in the United States Air Force and the Department of Defense for 47 years. During those years, I was on the buy, sell, and rent side of real estate for 16 properties. I joined this experience along with my real estate agent expertise to gain the client’s trust and become their “go-to” guy for real estate. I understand military and civilian relocations. As a military member, I completed 14 Permanent Change of Station assignments, served 20 years as an Officer, 13 years as an Enlisted member and 14 years as a Defense Contractor. I completely understand the unique challenges of family relocation and particularly the needs our military members serving our country.
