I have first-hand experience as a military member who was ordered to relocate my family and move personal property using the military transportation management system – personally procured move (PPM), the Service procured contractor to move families, and a combination of PPM and contractor supported moves. I served in the United States Air Force 33 years, and the Department of Defense for 14 years. During those years I was on the other side of renting, purchasing, and selling residential properties. As a military member, I completed 14 Permanent Change of Station assignments. I am confident that I have the experience and knowledge to thoroughly understand the intricacies of family relocation and property needs.
