Welcome home! My name is Chris Houser. I was born and raised in Northern Virginia in Fauquier County and have seen first-hand the area’s rapid growth and westward expansion in the past 30 years. Being a resident of the Warrenton area all of my life, I’ve witnessed the particularly amazing evolution of the Real Estate market in this region.

I specialize in new construction, as my father has been a custom home builder in this area for 45 years and can help YOU in the process of building a home from the ground up.

If you are selling, again I will help YOU every step of the way from pricing to staging and marketing your home all the way to settlement. I have another full-time job as a public school teacher and I take real estate with the mindset that everything “will come when it comes” and want to build positive client relationships first and foremost. In other words, my priority is YOU, not me.
