      Cathy Kane was recommended to me by a neighbor when I needed to sell a deceased relative's house. I live in a different state, so the sale of the house was more complicated because I could only make a few short trips there. Repairs had to be made, and Cathy facilitated that by providing referrals to business owners with whom she had worked before. Cathy also served as the contact when arranging for deliveries and for workers to come to the house. I cannot overstate how knowledgeable, helpful, and caring Cathy was. When problems arose she handled them quickly and professionally while maintaining open communication with me. I recommend Cathy Kane wholeheartedly.

      When interviewing realtors to sell my home, honesty and straight talk regarding my property were very important to me. C onstructive advice on how to get the most out my listing without breaking the bank in getting my house ready to sell were key to my decision making process. Cathy exceeded expectations even bucking some of the opinions of other competing realtors. Cathy saw the true potential of the property and looked to highlight those aspects. It was a winning strategy in that it sold for 20K above listing in two days! I have bought and sold four houses over the past 32 years and by far, Cathy Kane was the best experience with a realtor I have ever had. She looked at the sale as her investment as much as I did. She took ownership in making sure we covered all the bases while minimizing costs. Even going to the extent of paying for some items herself with no guarantee of a sale. Never have I experienced that sort of commitment from a realtor. She is second to none.
