As I celebrate my 42nd year as a full-time REALTOR® and lifetime Maryland resident, I am as excited and dedicated to the industry today as if it was my first day. That dedication is only exceeded by my devotion to my clients and their commercial real estate needs. As a former owner-operator of a Century 21 Franchise for 33 years, I believe I have a distinct advantage when serving the business client and their explicit and varied real estate needs. My specific experience in assisting clients in selling, leasing and facilitating the purchase of commercial real property is broad.
I currently hold broker’s licenses in Maryland, Virginia and sales associate license in the District of Columbia. I am perpetually anchored to my industry and currently serve as president of the Maryland Realtors as well as numerous industry committees at the local, state and national level. I have literally invested hundreds of hours in continuing education and other industry-specific course work so as to better serve my clients.
