About Boyd

As I celebrate my 47th year as a full-time REALTOR® and lifetime Maryland resident, I am as excited and dedicated to the industry today as if it was my first day. That dedication is only exceeded by my devotion to my clients and their residential and commercial real estate needs. I passionately subscribe to the adage “Treat others as you would like to be treated.” I pride myself on my listening skills, honesty, work ethic and integrity, all to the benefit of my client.

Investing time in building and supporting relationships with clients, real estate practitioners, community leaders and other industry stakeholders has continually benefited my client. As a former owner-operator of a Century 21 Franchise for 33 years, I believe I have a distinct advantage when serving the business client and their explicit and varied real estate needs. My specific experience in assisting clients in selling, leasing and facilitating the purchase of residential and, commercial real property is broad.

I currently hold broker’s licenses in Maryland, and Virginia and a sales associate license in the District of Columbia. The number of hats I wear includes the Supervising Broker of the Bowie office of my firm, actively representing buyers and sellers and serving on numerous committees and real estate boards. I am perpetually anchored to my industry as a former President of the Maryland Realtors, a committed volunteer in the real estate and community space. The industry has given much in return including thousands of great clients and recognition recently as the 2020 recipient of the Life Achievement Award. Currently, I serve on numerous industry committees at the local, state and national level including NAR Director, Federal Political Coordinator, Finance Committee, Maryland Public Policy Committee and Finance Committee. The mandate for me is to continue to improve my deliverable and I have literally invested hundreds of hours in continuing education and other industry-specific course work to that end.
