About Bob

Bob is a long-time resident of Charles County. He has been a real estate investor for more than 30 years and now uses his experience in real estate to provide outstanding customer service to his clients. He retired from the federal government where he worked for the Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D.C. for 27 years, the last four of which he was Assistant Director, Office of Facilities Engineering and Operations, Energy Management. Prior to his federal service, Bob worked as an electrician, wiring commercial facilities such as churches, schools and high-rise buildings. Bob is a licensed Master Electrician. He owned and operated RAW Power Systems, wiring commercial buildings and residential homes from 1985-92. Bob served in the U.S. Army 630th Military Police, Vietnam (1970-71).

Prior to becoming a Realtor, he worked for 1.5 years as the Building Code Official for the Charles County Government, Department of Planning and Growth Management. Bob is a graduate of the University of Maryland, University College, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. He is a licensed Master Electrician, a Certified Energy Manager and a Certified Energy Procurement Professional via The Association of Energy Engineers. He is a member of the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors.

Bob is a full-time Agent and has sold more than $23 million in real estate during his career. Bob has resided in Charles County for more than 35 years with his wife, Judy, and three, now grown children. He enjoys archery and golf and is an avid guitar player. He is qualified as a buyer and sellers agent and specializes in the sale of commercial property, commercial leasing, and the sale of residential homes, land, lots, farms and waterfront properties.
