He surv eyed out home, provided clear and honest advise on how to get the most out of our home, not just monetary value, but active traffic for prospective clients to see the home. Art Hoppe is truly a superb real estate agent – the best of the many that I have dealt with over the years. A personal friend referred me to him, and he greatly exceeded my expectations. He has a wealth of knowledge pertaining to local and national markets, strategies for staging and timing of showings and open houses, dealing with contractors regarding renovations and improvements, and many other crucial issues. The sale of my home presented a number of unique challenges. It was necessary to complete significant renovations and improvements, live in the home and plan sale details while those renovations and improvements were taking place, and then leave the area before all the work had been completed. Art and his team went well above and beyond by spearheading many challenging efforts and processes that were required in my absence. I needed to contact him frequently regarding many things, and he was always available and very responsive. I was able to sell my house above the listed price thanks to Art’s ability to identify several discriminating potential buyers who recognized the unique value of the home. And the 'icing on the cake' was the that the home was under contract in a matter of days after it went on the market! Art is extremely intelligent, personable, conscientious, and customer service oriented, and it was a joy to work with him. I recommend him and his team very highly.

I didn't even consider asking anyone else. Art is a very good, ethical, moral man, has an excellent reputation, and man y of my friends have worked with him and The Art of Real Estate Team and have been very pleased. He is very knowledgeable in the area. I know a lot of real estate agents, and would never have considered working with anyone else. I also took a lot of comfort in Art's integrity and honesty. Art and The Art of Real Estate Team were were a joy to work with. He/they were all so polite, professional, and trustworthy. I never doubted any decisions he made. Art was always on top of things. He made recommendations on showing/staging the house, held numerous open houses, kept me up-to-date, gave good advice, was very prompt at meetings and returning calls, frequently reviewed the comps in the area, was very pleasant, and handled everything from start to finish. He was such a pleasure to work with. The only reason I marked below expectations for closing is that the paperwork was not ready when we were at closing, which was not Art's fault. I was extremely pleased, and would use The Art of Real Estate again. As a matter of fact, I probably will be using Art's team again within a couple of years. Art made this experience very pleasant and seamless. He handled everything, and I was free to focus on other things. I didn't have to worry about any details regarding the sale of the house.
