I have already written a letter to century21 on behalf of Tony but will take a moment to say you really can't go wrong w ith choosing him as an agent. With my previous home purchase I had an agent that was looking out for himself and looking for the next sale. I never realized it until my experience with Tony. We had worked with Tony in purchasing this home which we recently sold. He had done an excellent job then, as well as he lping us find our current home. Tony was superb. Not only would we use him in any future real estate transactions, but we have recommended him to several of our friends and family looking to buy or sell real estate in the area. My cousin and her husband worked with Tony on our recommendation and he helped them find the ideal house in their preferred community as well. Tony had an aggressive, yet reasonable plan for selling our home. He coordinated the repair work needed and had the home on the market quickly after those repairs were made.
