I have been a part of a customer service world for most of my working career. The definition of golden rule as a noun would be “a basic principle that should be followed to ensure success in general or in a particular activity.” Biblically speaking, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” That is how I live my daily life and I pride myself on carrying that into my business. I treat others as I would want and expect. I want to understand the needs of buyers and sellers and also anticipate their needs as to alleviate any extra stress when it comes to communicating exactly what is to be expected.
