Art Carson, NM Commercial Director - MarylandArt Carson is Director of NM Commercial Real Estate where he oversees the daily business and marketing activity of the company, with all commercial affiliations reporting directly to him. Known as a “people person,” Art began his exceptional career in 1968, as a Professional Golfer in the Southern Maryland area, and in 1970, he was unanimously elected Vice President of the Northern Chapter of the Middle Atlantic Professional Golfers Association. In 1982, Art entered management as Director of Sweetwater Country Club in Houston, Texas, where he also served as liaison for the LPGA of America, whose home base remains at Sweetwater. In 1987, Art joined First Annapolis Savings Bank as Vice President of Commercial Lending for Southern Maryland, a position that allowed him to develop a vast network of commercial business connections in the area. Then, in 1992, Art began his commercial real estate career, working with national brokers and franchise representatives while continuing to maintain strong relationships with Middle Atlantic region brokers. Through this position, Art has serviced large corporations for site location and small business owners for lease negotiation and site identification. Currently, Art is a member of the Solomons Business Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He also maintains a life membership with the Professional Golfers Association. On a personal level, Art enjoys traveling with his wife, Anne, on global humanitarian missions, their latest venture of which was to Cuba.

Shea Byers, NM Commercial Director - VirginiaMr. Byers is a consummate business leader with in-depth knowledge of all aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including commercial tenant representation, buyer/seller representation, sales team leadership, property management, asset acquisitions and brokerage. As an expert presenter and real estate contract negotiator Mr. Byers has represented buyers, sellers, investors, institutional capital and residential developers throughout his real estate tenure. Mr. Byers has successfully built and managed two boutique real estate companies from ground up and brings with him a wealth of leadership talent, sales management experience and immense positive energy, even in the face of challenging market conditions, timelines and financial constraints. Marshall (Greg) Hubbard, NM Commercial Hospitality and Restaurant SpecialistMr. Hubbard served eight years as Sr. Vice President of Real Estate & Franchise Development for the Johnny Rockets Group, Inc a two hundred fifty nine million-dollar a year, 280-unit casual dinning restaurant chain located in Aliso Viejo, California. He was appointed in 1999 as an Officer of the company and held the title of Secretary; Mr. Hubbard served as Vice President Corporate Development with M2 Automotive Corporation located in Santa Monica, California and currently sits on the board for two privately held software companies, TDI located in Plano, Texas and Fire Scope Inc. located in Huntington Beach, California. His 35-year career in Real Estate Development includes executive real estate brand development positions with Jamba Juice Corporation, Panda Management Corporation, and Marriott Corporation Hospitality Divisions. Mr. Hubbard currently holds and executive consultant position with Ritchie International Group located in Atlanta Georgia providing international brand development strategies. Todd Hetherington, CEO, NM ManagementTodd Hetherington is the Chief Executive Officer of NM Management, Inc., the parent company of all of NM's real estate service companies including CENTURY 21 New Millennium, 1st County Mortgage, Bay County Title and Escrow, Proactive Property Management, and NM Insurance. Hetherington began his real estate career in 1988 as an agent and earned the NVAR Life Member, Top Producer and NVAR Life Member, Million Dollar Sales Club awards and has owned his own real estate company since 1991. In 1998, he merged his company with another local CENTURY 21 broker forming CENTURY 21 New Millennium. Hetherington earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY and his Master of Engineering Administration from The George Washington University, Washington, DC. Hetherington resides in Fairfax County, VA where he and his wife keep busy juggling their three children's busy school, scouts, and sports schedules.

Mary Lynn Stone, President, NM ManagementMary Lynn Stone is the President of NM Management, Inc., the parent company of all of NM's real estate service companies including CENTURY 21 New Millennium, 1st County Mortgage, Bay County Title and Escrow, Proactive Property Management, and NM Insurance. Stone has direct responsibility for overseeing the operation of twelve CENTURY 21 New Millennium real estate offices throughout VA and MD. A 30 year veteran of the real estate industry, Stone owned and operated her own real estate company in Maryland from 1992 to 1999, when she merged her company with CENTURY 21 New Millennium. Stone serves as a Member at Large with the Tri-County Council of Southern Maryland. She has also been a member of the Economic Planning Growth and Protection Committee for the State of Maryland. Stone holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Maryland. Stone resides in St. Mary's County, MD with her husband, Joe, and their two children.

Ted Maschler, Director of Proactive Property ManagementTed Maschler is the Director of Proactive Property Management and oversees PPM’s management and operations, serving as the property management division for the parent company NM Management. Ted has over 20 years experience managing various large corporate, commercial and residential real estate portfolios, involving building facilities management, construction, residential leasing and management, budget management and association community management. Prior to joining Proactive Property Management, Maschler was the Director of Construction and Project Management at SAIC and held several senior management positions in Corporate Real Estate and other engineering groups at MCI, now known as Verizon Business. Maschler earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Institute of Technology and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dallas. He is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the Community Association Institute (CAI), Washington Metropolitan Chapter with CMCA certification.

Rudy Falle, Associate Broker, NM Commercial - MarylandFor more then 35 years Rudy Falle has been helping people Sell, Lease, and Purchase Commercial and Industrial properties. Rudy begin his real estate career as an agent selling residential real estate in 1975 and soon after transitioned to commercial real estate. He has managed multiple condominium office projects with on site sales offices in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties. He also handles the leasing of strip shopping centers and warehouse condominiums. Rudy is experienced in all aspects of commercial real esate. Rudy Falle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. Bill Wootan, Commercial Agent, NM CommercialBill was born and raised in Indiana, a Purdue University alum, has a family of 5 children and 15 grandchildren. He spent 25 years of his real estate career in Georgia and at one time owned 6 offices with over 300 agents. Bill earned his GRI (Graduate, REALTORS® Institute) designation by attending three week-long training classes! He also earned the IS (Investment Specialist) designation by attending eight week long classes in various locations around the US, covering all types of commercial real estate! He has been an agent, sales manager, sales trainer (10 years teaching Dale Carnegie Sales Courses), Broker and Owner. Bill sold his offices in Georgia to the agents, retired, and after meeting and marrying Sharon Carpenter, moved to Maryland. Sharon was also in Real Estate in Maryland, and after his short retirement, Bill went back into the business.
