Scott Becker - Director of Business Development

Becker has 20 years of experience ranging across the full platform of real estate services. Prior to joining NM Management, Becker was the Chief Operating Officer for Smith and Associates Real Estate, a well respected luxury brokerage in Tampa and Saint Petersburg Florida. He oversaw all aspects of the real estate, mortgage, and title companies during his post. Becker began his career as a loan officer for PNC Mortgage after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College. Becker has held several national positions with Realogy, including National Vice President of Broker Relations. In that capacity, he networked together the largest Brokerages in the country across four of Realogy’s brands: CENTURY 21, Coldwell Banker, Sotheby’s, and ERA.

Jack Kornfeind - In House Counsel / Director of Bay County Title

Jack joined NM Management in 2009 after 11 years with the parent company of CENTURY 21, Realogy Corporation. While at Realogy, Jack served in a number of positions including Senior Vice President of Franchise Administration, Senior Vice President of Business Development, and Senior Vice President of Service Operations. In the role of In House Attorney, Jack provides advice and counsel for all company agreements, adherence to laws, and any legislative, contractual or technical changes. Additionally, Jack is a resource to Executive Management in analyzing complex business issues, identifying process improvements, and creating solutions. Jack received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Illinois, Urbana and has been a member of the bar for over twenty five years.

Ted Maschler - Director of PROACTIVE Property Management

Maschler has over 20 years experience managing various corporate, commercial and residential real estate portfolios, involving building facilities management, construction, residential leasing and management, budget management and association community management. Prior to joining PROACTIVE Property Management, Maschler was the Director of Construction and Project Management at SAIC and held several senior management positions at MCI, now known as Verizon Business. Maschler earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Institute of Technology and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dallas. He is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the Community Association Institute (CAI), Washington Metropolitan Chapter.
